Termline documentation
A fully funded, physically settled agreement between one Stock Token seller and one USDG buyer.
How a trade works
The seller creates an offer with a raw Stock Token quantity, total USDG price, acceptance cutoff and future settlement timestamp. The stock is transferred into the contract when the offer is created. A different wallet accepts before the cutoff and transfers the full USDG price into the contract. Neither party may withdraw an active agreement on its own. On or after the settlement time, anyone can call settle. The contract sends the stock to the buyer and USDG to the seller in one transaction.
Cancellation and corporate actions
The seller may cancel an open offer before acceptance. Anyone may clear it after the acceptance cutoff; the stock returns to the seller. If the Stock Token uiMultiplier() changes before settlement, anyone may invalidate the agreement. The seller receives the stock back and the buyer receives the full USDG deposit back. This avoids delivering a different underlying share quantity under the original terms.
Costs and returns
The contract charges no protocol fee. Gas is paid by the wallet submitting each transaction. Termline does not generate yield. The economic result comes from the difference between the agreed price and the asset's value at settlement, borne by the two counterparties. No buyer means an offer stays open until cancelled or expired.
Important conditions
Both assets remain locked while an accepted agreement is active. The market price can move substantially; the contract does not adjust the agreed price or liquidate either side. Stock Tokens are tokenized debt securities that provide economic exposure to underlying shares, not shareholder rights. Eligibility and transfer restrictions may apply. The product has not been independently audited. Contract execution depends on the underlying token contracts functioning normally.
